We aim to produce full flavoured spicy shiraz. We don’t release the wine until it is ready to be enjoyed and it can be cellared for many years to improve even more over time.
We tend the grapes carefully and always harvest at night to keep the grapes cool. The grapes stay close to home – crushing and winemaking is done within 5km of the vineyard. This way we are sure of bringing you the essence of Langhorne Creek.
